hey there!my name is natsuki yukihyo, and i'm a winter assassin vtuber who also works as an artist!my main commissions include live2d vtuber models, however i also do emotes, reference sheets, logos, and other works on occasion.all of my own artwork (logo, emotes, overlays, model, websites, etc.) were made by yours truly!when i'm not drawing or streaming, i enjoy traveling, gaming, repairing old consoles and spoiling my cats :)

Terms of service
you will receive:
• one .psd file ready for rigging
• transparent .png images of each version of the model (different outfits, poses, etc).
• a basic reference sheet(you may also purchase a more complex ref sheet w/ a backside view for an extra $100)
- general info -
• reference sheets of your character are heavily encouraged for my reference, but not required! (an extra fee of $100 will be added if i need to design your character from scratch)
• i do not do nsfw artwork
• turn around time is usually about a month (may be longer for more complex models or dependant on my current life situation)
• any deadlines must be communicated to me before work begins. i will not rush to finish if you give me a deadline halfway through.
• i reserve the right to stream myself working on your commission unless discussed otherwise (i fully respect the "big reveal" of models, so just let me know if you'd like it all kept secret during production!)
• there may be extra fees for complex models (ex. large wings or extremely complex outfits)
• you receive full commercial rights to the model. the artwork may not be modified by anyone other than myself (color changes using vtube studio's built-in art mesh color alterations or similar programs are okay). the right to authorship credit is retained by myself. you must properly identify me as the creator of the work while the model is in use.
• reselling of the work is prohibited
• uploading or altering any of my artwork using ai programs is prohibited. if this is violated, i will not work with you again in the future.
• an official contract can be signed if you prefer a physical copy of this agreement
- payment info -
• all payments will be made via paypal invoice (usd)
• at least 50% of the final payment must be made upfront before i begin your commission
• the down-payment is non-refundable once the sketching phase has been completed and final work has begun (this does not apply if i, for whatever reason, am the one to terminate the agreement)
• no cancellations once the work is completed/a substantial amount past the sketching phase
• payment plans are available!
• failure to respond to communications within 7 days may result in a cancellation (refunds follow the above policy in this case)
• work will not begin until the down payment is received. delivery of the final product will not be completed until full payment is received
upon receipt of the down payment, i am to assume that you agree to all of the terms displayed in this agreement
i will provide updates throughout the process and communicate with you as much as possible. i know how exciting it is to bring your own character to life, and i am honored to be able to help you along the way!
